2022 MURPH Challenge
Join the Fitness Center on May 26, to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy with an intense PT challenge. The challenge includes a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and second one-mile run — all while wearing a 20 pound vest. Sign up at the main Fitness Center or the Fitness Annex and the first 50 sign-ups will get a free T-Shirt. Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female participants.
