Router Techniques Class

The objective of this class is to become confident with hand-held and table-mounted router operations for small projects and furniture construction.

You will cover: 

Machine safety & operation. 

Creative decorative edges around work pieces such as plaques and cabinet doors. 

Using the router to create keyhole slots in work pieces for hanging. 

Cutting dados and rabbets using guide/fence. 

Cutting box and dovetail joints for box construction.

Following templates for sign making and relief carving. 

$20/person. All materials will be provided. Ages 16 & up. Register by March 1st.
